About Robert
Rob is a business development specialist with 25 years of experience in visual communications, management consulting, marketing, and sales. He has held the positions of Art Director/Creative Director, V.P. Marketing & Sales, and Management Consultant.

Rob has worked with more than 100 businesses and organizations - from startups and emerging companies (iGavel.com, World Trade Promotion Center) nonprofits (Metropolitan Historic Structures Association, Interfaith Dialogue Project, MONOC Monmouth-Ocean Hospital Services Corporation), and multinational market leaders (Polo Ralph Lauren, Johnson & Johnson, and SIA ag Frauenfeld)

Rob’s interests include photography, and ways to explore and develop the creative-productive mind.

Innovation often starts with new ideas and non-traditional approaches. The creative-productive mind needs freedom to explore a bit in unstructured ways before turning to conclusions and a final resolution.

In our strategy consulting practice, process is key to success. Pushing boundaries, approaching issues from varied starting points, and sometimes a bit of silliness can contribute to an unexpected and productive result.

The role of photography

Visual brand is built on image and images. Communicating a point of view is key… power, beauty, emotion, human, innovative. Photography is integral in every regard. Robert Lynch has been an active commercial photographer since the late ‘80’s. This important art form is integral to the creative output of the Agency. Images tell stories, make a point, and influences change. Editorial, portrait, product, social.
